Yinka Shonibare

We learnt about Yinka's work some time ago in art class, his work is amaaaazing. Like honestly from the actual batik work to the garment construction, everything is done intricately and beautifully. I like the messages that are visible from his work, it's got race, identity, culture and more all wrapped up in it really.
